Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Henley-on-Thames, RG9 (close to train station, with parking available)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly team in Henley-on-Thames. This is a key role supporting our field-based trainers and liaising with clients to arrange training courses across the UK and internationally.

You'll need to be confident managing multiple logistics tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If you've previously worked in a logistics, training coordination, or administrative planning role – we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Confirm training schedules and diary details with field-based trainers (via phone and email)
* Liaise with clients to schedule courses and respond to enquiries
* Send course confirmations and joining instructions (including costings and course content)
* Organise UK and international travel (flights, accommodation, car hire, etc.)
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system
* Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages when required
* Provide reliable administrative support to the wider team

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, or administration
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Experience working with a CRM system (preferred)
