Join Sodexo as a full‑time Meeting and Events Coordinator in Cambridge (CB2 0AA). You will play the first point of contact for event and meeting support, ensuring smooth delivery of world‑class conferencing and event services.
What You’ll Do
 * Manage the full event coordination process – from initial enquiry to seamless delivery.
 * Liaise with clients, Sodexo teams, and partner suppliers to ensure exceptional service.
 * Support the development and implementation of booking tools and systems.
 * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all on‑site facilities and services.
 * Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in event operations.
What You’ll Bring
 * Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities management.
 * Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 * Confidence to challenge constructively and suggest improvements.
 * Proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused mindset.
 * Proficiency in Outlook 365, MS Teams, and related digital tools.
