Job Summary:
Specializes in FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects. Works closely with the design team to deliver well-integrated, high-quality interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop FF&E concepts, presentations, and material boards.
2. Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
4. Maintain FF&E schedules, specifications, and documentation.
5. Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.
Key Competencies:
1. In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
2. Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.
3. Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.
4. Clear communicator and collaborative team member.
Requirements & Attributes:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in project liaison is essential.
4. Proven experience in hospitality design.
5. Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
6. Excellent decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
7. Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities.
8. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
