About The Role
We are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic female support worker to join our team in Chatham.
As a Support Worker, you'll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
At this service you will be supporting a lady in her late 60s, who is nonverbal so good communications skills are a must This person loves to go out on day trips. This can vary from the zoo, wildlife parks, cinema, bowling, local walks or out for ice cream so someone with similar interests would be a bonus
She also has her car so a driver is required for this role with a full UK manual licence.
Hours
Full time- 39 hours.
This is a lone working position; staff are required to work 24-hour sleep-in shifts 365 days a year so weekends and bank holidays are a must.

Lordswood, Chatham.
