Head of Finance / Finance Director, Caffeine & Machine
Obessive about accuracy and detail, yet able to see the bigger picture, the part-time Head of Finance owns and manages the entire financial cycle. This enables other leaders to deliver for their members and customers. Key accountabilities include:
* Up to £75,000 per annum (FTE)
* Up to £8,000 bonus per annum, paid quarterly (pro-rata)
* 24 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave

At C&M, we support and are open to part-time working. We focus on results rather than hours. We are currently hiring for both a full-time Financial Controller and a part-time Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be paired with additional bookkeeping support.
Key Accountabilities
Inspire People Happiness
* Produce accurate and timely profit & loss statements
* Identify financial trends, opportunities, and actions
* Partner with and develop leaders to improve financial results
* Lead and grow the finance team
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
* Oversee payroll and pensions accuracy
* Analyze costs and optimize returns
* Manage debtor and creditor payments and terms
* Maintain relationships with third-party financial providers
Drive Sales Growth
* Lead quarterly and annual budgeting
* Maintain F&B menu and pricing simulations
* Manage cash flow forecasts
* Evaluate Capex and investment projects
Optimize Profitability
* Oversee treasury functions
* Implement loss prevention measures
* Ensure HMRC compliance
* Lead annual audits and statutory accounts
