This Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Position is for You, if You Enjoy:

Responsibilities:
8. Support the Restaurant Management in daily store operations
9. Handle store opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
10. Manage cash register tasks, including spot checks, end-of-shift cash reconciliations, void processing, and deposits.
11. Welcome and greet customers as they approach the counter with a friendly smile.
12. Take customers' food and beverage orders, providing guests with great service.
13. Prepare food and beverages according to Chick-Fil-A standards.
14. Communicate effectively with the next Supervisor to help prepare him/her for shift
15. Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about our menu.
16. Become familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the airport.
17. Manage Inventory throughout the shift; stock merch and keep an eye on inventory levels.
18. Maintain store cleanliness and organization; cleaning such as sweeping and taking out trash.
19. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
20. A minimum of one-year experience in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor/manager.
21. Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
22. The ability to interact with diverse personalities
23. Leadership skills, can motivate others
24. The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for duration of shift
25. Experience operating a cash register
26. A high school diploma or equivalent
