Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain overall surveillance of the site, carrying out regular site patrols and recording these as per Corps and Customer requirements.
2. Ensure all visitors and contractors are correctly briefed, sign in and out of the site.
3. Record the entry and exit of deliveries, including processing of paperwork in line with site quality procedures.
4. Carry out patrols to the correct standards.
5. Set and unset primary and secondary alarm security systems for out-of-hours security provision, if applicable.
6. Comply with site waste management procedures.
7. Complete required documentation, including daily occurrence logs, shift handovers, incident/accident records, and site-specific reports.
8. Familiarize yourself with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and other safety documents; advise the Corps Duty Manager and/or client personnel on improvements.
9. Maintain training records via the Corps Colleague Portal, ensuring skills remain up to date, especially first aid and fire marshal training.
10. Apply your SIA skills professionally at all times; ensure your SIA license is always displayed.
11. Perform ad hoc duties as directed.

Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence - essential.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
