We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator to support our growing team from our modern office in Fleet.

Key Responsibilities
* Programming (in-house scheduling and liaising with clients and staff)
* Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
* Processing order acknowledgments
* Organising and maintaining physical and digital files efficiently.
* Logging fire safety products in accordance with LPS1271 standards
* Assisting with ISO9001 documentation, including non-conformance reporting and attending audits under supervision
* Handling incoming calls and communicating with clients via phone and email
* Booking accommodation as required
* Provide general office administrative support as needed.
Requirements
* A full UK driving licence
* Diligent, Proactive and highly organised
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
* Good IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional and personable communication skills
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* A Levels preferable, with English and Maths Grades 5 to 6 or equivalent
