Salaried GP in Lerwick GP Practice (Ref: 236498). Substantive post. Up to full time (40 hours) available (part time applications welcome).
Salary & Benefits
Salary £83,950 - £125,157 per annum (depending on experience) (inc. 2% local supplement). Plus Distant Island Allowance of £2,482 per annum (all pro‑rata for part‑time positions). Relocation assistance up to £8,000 available.

Professional Opportunities
Join an ever‑growing multidisciplinary team that includes an in‑house pharmacist, physiotherapist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Work closely with the Community Mental Health and Community Nurse teams located in the same building. This training and retainer practice prioritises learning and development, dedicating one afternoon each week to clinical learning and governance. Opportunities exist to develop special interests and to join the voluntary out‑of‑hours rota. The practice is focused on sustainability, nature prescribing and uses a fully electric fleet, including an electric bike, for home visits.
