Mobile Mechanic – Stratford-upon-Avon
1. Salary: £38,625 basic, with on-target earnings up to £50,000
2. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00, with early finishes on Friday; 1 in 4 Saturdays
3. Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, bringing expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
You’ll be fully equipped from day one with your own van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit. This is an ideal role for mechanics who value independence, variety, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
4. Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles at customer locations
5. Manage stock, tools, and reporting accurately
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
7. Make independent decisions on repairs and support members on-site
8. Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
Requirements
9. Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
10. At least 3 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
11. Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
12. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
13. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and adjust to dynamic schedules
