On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager/Ops Lead to join a rapidly expanding tech company and lead your own technical operations function within a hybrid role, consisting of a mixture of team leadership and hands-on problem solving.
In this role, as an IT Manager/Ops Lead, you will lead the TechOps team, managing performance, ticket workflows, SOPs, and operational reporting while improving team capability and accountability. It oversees monitoring, maintenance, and infrastructure for IoT devices, networks, and enforcement systems, drives proactive issue resolution and compliance, and acts as the technical lead for new site deployments alongside key operational stakeholders.
This role would suit an IT Manager/Ops Lead, with previous experience in SaaS, as well as experience within team management, IoT infrastructure and networking experience. With preferable skills in troubleshooting, remote device management, root-cause analysis, security compliance and technical documentation, with ANPR/CCTV experience being desirable.
