About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Night Kitchen Cleaner to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our kitchen areas, ensuring the space is ready for the next day’s service. Key Responsibilities: Deep clean all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances. Sanitise floors, walls, and preparation areas. Clean ovens, grills, extractors, fridges, and storage areas. Empty bins and manage waste disposal in line with company policies. Follow strict food hygiene and health & safety standards. Report maintenance issues or hazards to management. Ensure all cleaning products are used correctly and safely. About You: Previous cleaning experience preferred (kitchen cleaning an advantage). Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Able to work independently during night hours. Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent work quality. Understanding of COSHH and food safety procedures.
