Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* Lead preparation of pitch material and internal processes associated with private placement projects
* Support deal team on execution of private placement transactions and liaise with client and external advisers to ensure smooth execution of deals
* Assist in identifying and examining the merits of potential transactions, including but not limited to carrying out market research, company analysis, compiling and managing databases of precedent transactions
* Assist the sector teams on modelling when required
* Maintain an investor database and identify new investors
* Lead and manage internal, team-based projects and initiatives
* Coach, help develop and motivate other junior(s) in the team
Experience
* Expected to be a proactive self-starter who can take responsibility for pitch book preparation and deal support with minimal supervision
* The successful candidate will benefit from good exposure to deal flow, clients and senior bankers and will be expected to perform to a very high standard
