Job Title: Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

1. Main Responsibilities:
* Inspire and lead the team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
* Support the management team in training and developing the store team.
* Provide feedback to support management in evaluating and boosting performance.
* Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy.
* Practice and model company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.
2. Key Performance Indicators:
* Meet and exceed sales goals.
* Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
* Track and communicate business results and opportunities.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant retail experience with a fast-paced retailer.
* Technology proficiency, knowledge, and use of technology to drive sales and customer experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
