Job Summary
Responsible for complete oversight in creating, organising and operationally delivering the Club's member and Member private social events.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* To recruit and motivate a team who can deliver high levels of service to our members.
* To work with the Restaurants Manager to ensure staffing is shared appropriately for events.
* To engage with members for feedback.
* To work with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to ensure the food quality and presentation is to the agreed standard.
* To comply with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations, as well as all applicable laws both national and local
* Maximise profitability within the Food & Beverage Department, by ensuring compliance with established budget for cost, labour and revenue benchmarks.
* To assist the Events Administrator in booking and organising events.
* To work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all Club events are promoted properly through our various communication forms.
* To produce event P&L's to ensure we are maximising profit on each event.
* Prepare and issue appropriate and timely communications to staff and Members for all events that affect the Club's normal operation.
* To coach and develop the Events Administrator to be able to do the higher role in your absence.
* To be fully trained in Club opening and closing procedures and Duty Management responsibilities and be prepared to support the DM rota where required.
* To undertake any other reasonable request made by the Deputy General Manager, General Manager or CEO.
Safeguarding
* To act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead for the Club
* To attend regular Safeguarding team meetings

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
