Role
* This role is solely responsible for the packing and dispatch of goods.
* Candidates must be happy with working alone for the majority of the time.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
* Reach FL certificate.
* ERP and WMS computer experience.
* Stock control.
* Good in and out.
* Full UK driving license.
Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing and dispatch.
* Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock takes.
* Oversee international shipping, documentation and logistics coordination.
* Maintain warehouse layout, safety and compliance standards.
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage supplier, courier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
Warehouse Manager Skills & Experience
* Proven warehouse or operations management experience
* ERP/WMS knowledge (Navision desirable).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Experience with international logistics and exports.
* Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
