Orthopaedics Senior Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) York Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full Time Up to £42,500 per annum, dependent on experience 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job

s a Orthopaedic Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will: Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training Helping you feel good.
