Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)
* Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
* Use our computerised hotel system to efficiently process guest details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Accurately enter billing charges, monitor payments, and ensure that daily takings are balanced.
* Handle guest queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring requests are swiftly addressed to guarantee satisfaction.
* Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure.
* Adapt your communication style to suit a variety of guest needs, listening actively and resolving issues promptly to provide a personalised experience.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
* GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different situations and guests.
* A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

* Zero hour contract.
Salary:
* Age 16-17 £8.45
* Age 18-20 £10.05
* Age 21+ £12.26
