HubSpot Solutions Engineer| Birmingham| 6-month contract | £250-350 p/day (Outside IR35)
You'll work across everything from segmentation and reporting to CRM setup, campaign support, and integrations. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, friendly team with plenty of scope to grow.
Rate: £250-£350 p/day OIR35
Duration: 3-6 months (possible extension)
Location: Birmingham (2 days a month)
What we're looking for:
We need a CRM & Data pro who:
* Knows HubSpot inside out (2+ yrs hands-on)
* Has solid experience in B2B data strategy and CRM management
* Is confident with reporting, segmentation, integrations, and client comms
* Brings agency/consultancy experience (3+ yrs)
* Can drive data-led solutions, from scoping to implementation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver end-to-end HubSpot solutions for B2B clients
2. Manage CRM systems: data acquisition, segmentation, data hygiene, governance
3. Provide insight and analysis to improve marketing performance
4. Lead CRM-related client projects, including onboarding, training, and optimisation
5. Support integrations, automation, and reporting
