About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our secondary school team. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop confidence and proficiency in mathematics, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 35.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, record, and report on student progress
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to departmental planning and extracurricular activities
Requirements
Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching maths at secondary level (including GCSE; A-Level desirable)
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for teaching and student achievement
