The role will involve creating CNC programs from technical drawings and 3D models, adjusting machine settings, improving production efficiency, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Programming CNC machines using design specs
* Ensuring products meet high quality standards
* Supporting improvements in machining operations
* Assisting and mentoring new team members
What We're Looking For:
* CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Creo software is a bonus
