Pipe Maintenance & Drainage Operative

£12.00-17.00 depending on experience + competitive overtime
Our client is a drainage services company offering a wide range of services including drain repairs and maintenance, civil engineering and trenchless solutions.
If you’ve got experience in Steam Curing, Hot Curing, or Pipe Welding this role could be a great fit for you!
This position will include some heavy lifting and a lot of physical work, including time in confined spaces and exposure to extreme weather. You’ll be responsible for routine vehicle inspections, keeping everything in order with well-organized time sheets and reports, and participating in toolbox talks, stand downs, and equipment maintenance.
You will have:
1. Experience working in a similar industry (e.g. drainage, utilities, water treatment) or within the construction sector.
2. Experience with compact pipe installation, including steam curing, hot cure, pipe welding, patch installation, and ambient curing of resins would be an advantage.
