This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in developing physical skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards fitness. As a Sports Coach, you will play an important role in delivering engaging activities and encouraging participation in a range of sports. Key Duties of Sports Coach: Lead and support a variety of sports sessions and physical activities. Motivate pupils to take part and build confidence in their abilities. Promote teamwork, discipline, and fair play. Assist teachers with PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities. Help set up and manage sports equipment safely. Support pupils of all abilities to stay engaged and active. Essential Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a sports or coaching role. Strong interest in sports, fitness, and physical education. Good communication and teamwork skills. Energetic, positive, and proactive approach. Ability to manage groups and maintain a safe environment. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one. What’s in It for You?
