Youll join a busy, expanding branch where youll play a key role in supporting client accounts, working closely with regional depots and alongside the Regional Customer Service Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop commercially valuable skills.
The Role As a Hire / Sales Coordinator, youll help grow and support both existing and new customer accounts while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Youll manage daily priorities, handle customer enquiries, and support the wider team in achieving shared goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing your own workload and prioritising daily tasks
Handling customer enquiries with a confident and professional telephone manner
Supporting internal accounts and liaising with regional depots
Producing reports and working with Excel
Maintaining and updating the customer database
Working collaboratively within the team to meet targets and objectives

Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator via phone and email
Good administration skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Tool or hire industry experience is desirable, but not essential full training is provided
A willingness to learn technical product knowledge
