This is a business that takes development seriously and offers genuine scope to grow with the programme.The RoleThis is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting within the Digital Transformation team and reporting to the Head of Business Systems. You will take ownership of key business systems, manage stakeholder relationships across the group, and play a central part in ERP implementation delivery. From requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT support, user training and post-go-live helpdesk, this role spans the full project lifecycle. You will become a trusted point of contact for the systems you support, working closely with Business Unit Directors to help them achieve their goals and bridging the gap between operational needs and technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and document existing business processes, constructing workflow diagrams to reflect current and future-state operationsElicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits and use case scenariosAnalyse fit-gap between current and target processes, working with the ERP team and subject matter experts to deliver efficient solutionsAnalyse D365 processes and make recommendations that resolve pain points and drive continuous improvementCreate, maintain and contribute to project documentation across the full programme lifecycleAssist with data migration including cleansing, template design, population and post-upload verificationPrepare test scenarios and scripts, support users through UAT and participate in triage sessions to resolve issuesSupport the business during go-live cut-over, providing hands-on advice and user supportPrepare training materials and deliver end-user training, presenting functional solutions in a clear and accessible wayEnsure data integrity across business systems, identifying and resolving issues proactivelyWhat You'll NeedEssential2+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst roleA comprehensive understanding of business systems and ERP platformsProven ERP implementation experienceAbility to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical solutionsStrong communication skills and a collaborative, structured approach to working across functionsHigh attention to detail and a methodical way of workingDesirableERP integration experienceDegree-level education or equivalentStrong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ProjectWhy Apply?Play a central role in a high-impact transformation programme with group-wide visibilityWork across a diverse range of business units, broadening your experience at paceBe part of a growing Business Systems team delivering meaningful, high-value projectsSupportive environment with clear opportunities to develop and progressSalary up to £60kInterested?If you are a Business Analyst with solid ERP experience looking for a role where you can make a real difference, I would love to hear from you.
