About The Role
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team working on large-scale digital transformation, turning complex challenges into clear, user-friendly solutions. This is a great opportunity to shape services, influence design standards, and support others while working to Government Design Principles.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing user-centred services in agile teams
* Creating prototypes and interaction designs across platforms
* Using research and data to inform design decisions
* Producing user flows, service blueprints and journey maps
* Championing accessibility and design standards
* Leading workshops, critiques and design activities
* Mentoring and supporting other designers
Candidate Profile
What we’re looking for
* Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
* Strong user-centred design skills across digital services
* Confident using tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Prototype Kit
* Experience with usability testing and user research
* Knowledge of the Design System and principles
* Ability to coach and mentor others
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
