Responsibilities:
* Work closely with class teachers to support daily lessons
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need extra help
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Assist with preparing resources, displays, and learning materials
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) if required
* Take part in staff meetings, training, and school events
Requirements:
* A degree (any subject) – recent graduates welcome
* A strong interest in education and child development
* Must live in the UK and have the right to work
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team
* Experience working with children is a bonus but not essential
