Vehicle Administrator | Office Administrator | Administration Assistant
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Are you a meticulous Administrator with previous knowledge in a similar role?
Working from our Head Office, you will support the sales teams by managing all vehicle documentation. Being adept in the use of Keyloop to maintain stock records, vehicle pricing, handling invoices, stock management and ensuring all finance figures are accurate.
Your attention to detail and capability of managing a varied workload in a fast paced environment will be the drivers of your success at the Holdcroft Group. Bringing previous experience of Kerridge or similar systems would be beneficial in the role.
Required skills as a Vehicle Administrator:
* Previous experience of working within a similar role is desirable.
* IT and computer literate.
* Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business.
* Knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage however not essential.
* High attention to detail and well organised.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
