We’re hiring a Lettings Associate to make their mark. This is a people-first role, perfect for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about creating standout experiences. You’ll be matching prospective tenants with their perfect apartment and representing some of the most exciting developments across the UK. While based in Stockport, you will travel regularly to our developments across the country.
Responsibilities
* Start the conversation - Chat with potential tenants across phone, email and in person, ensuring every first impression is friendly and knowledgeable.
* Lead the tour - Showcase our developments with energy and care, helping people picture their next home, not just another rental.
* List, list, list - Update property details across portals (Rightmove, OtM) and internal CRM systems (we use Street) so everything is accurate and live.
* Make moving simple - Own the tenancy application process from start to finish, keeping things smooth, stress-free and transparent for every renter.
* Follow up, every time - Be reactive and stay on top of enquiries, ensuring no lead is left behind.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in lettings, estate agency, or customer service (BTR is a bonus).
* Organised with a sharp eye for detail.
* Confidence speaking on the phone and in person; you’ll be friendly and great with people.
* A team player, collaborating with wider departments to achieve group goals.
* Proactive, target-driven, and results-focused.
* Confident using CRMs (Street), portals like Rightmove/OtM, and Microsoft Office.
* You have the right to work in the UK.
