The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload, including:
✅ Wills & Estate Planning – Advising clients on drafting wills and planning for the future
✅ Probate & Estate Administration – Handling straightforward and complex estates
✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) & Court of Protection – Supporting clients with mental capacity matters
