The main responsibilities: Develop and implement a people development strategy aligned with business objectives across various functions. Lead training needs analysis, source development providers, and oversee the delivery of all L&D initiatives. Design robust induction processes, succession planning, career pathways, and development frameworks to nurture high-potential talent. Manage apprenticeship, graduate, and internship programmes, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Evaluate and implement digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and track learning outcomes. Monitor and report on L&D programme impact, using data to drive continuous improvement. Lead initiatives supporting culture transformation, values embedding, and high-performance behaviours. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in similar L&D role, ideally within manufacturing or technical environments. Experience designing and delivering training programmes across diverse functions.
