Service Support Administrator – Washrooms Based Atherton Salary: £26,852.10 per annum (36.25 hours per week) Full-time | Permanent Reporting to: Director – Washroom Services The role We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Support Administrator to join our Washroom Services team. You’ll support the day-to-day operation by coordinating service operative schedules, booking and planning jobs, supporting engineers, and acting as a key point of contact for customers. This is a varied role where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Key responsibilities Managing service operative schedules and preparing job packages Booking, planning and rescheduling service, maintenance and remedial visits Checking service reports and organising parts for engineers and customers Liaising with customers by phone, email and system tools to arrange visits Handling customer queries and complaints, escalating where required Providing quotations and maintaining accurate customer records About you Strong organisational and multitasking skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Confident communicator, written and verbal Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or planning Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and email (SAP desirable, not essential) Lives the Lyreco Values: Agility, Respect, Passion and Excellence As a diverse and forward-thinking employer, we embed the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
