This niche insurer is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking their next Risk & Compliance Director (SMF4, SMF16 & SMF17).
We are interested in speaking to individuals already operating at this level or those looking to step into their first SMF role.
The company offers a fully remote working model, allowing you to work from home full-time.
You will lead a small team of 5, developing and executing the firm's Risk and Compliance strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Your role includes ensuring the risk framework and compliance monitoring plans support business growth and innovation while maintaining safeguards.
You will provide independent, clear, and comprehensive reports to the Board, Risk & Compliance Committee, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders.
Ideal candidates are experienced Risk and/or Compliance leaders from the insurance sector, commercially driven, with a proven ability to add value through a holistic, long-term approach.
You should have strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, and Data Protection regulations, with demonstrable experience managing Enterprise Risk frameworks and compliance oversight in a dynamic environment.
