Key Responsibilities
1. Support pupils with individual learning plans and tailored educational strategies
2. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
3. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt resources
4. Provide emotional and behavioural support to promote pupil well-being
Qualifications
5. Experience working with children with SEN is preferred
6. A relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage
7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
