We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our team.
Are you resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a real impact? Whether you're a recent graduate or driven by a passion for social change, this is your chance to step into a meaningful role as a Community-Based Support Worker. You'll work directly with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, supporting their rehabilitation through guidance, encouragement, and practical help. If you studied criminology, psychology, social work, or a related field, your knowledge and compassion are exactly what we need. Join a dedicated team committed to building safer communities and brighter futures.
As a support worker, you will manage a caseload of participants in a community environment. Your duties will include initial assessments, ongoing support during their sentence, and providing guidance and encouragement. Interventions will be delivered one-on-one and through group work to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully exit the program.
This initiative aims to establish safe spaces where rehabilitated individuals can participate in positive activities, enhance social acceptance, improve health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or within the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring participants effectively.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help participants transform their lives!
