Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to support the Partners in the day-to-day running of their firm across their Potters Bar, Hertford and North Finchley offices.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of legal practice operations.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
* *Compliance management (from a legal background is essential to the role)
* Oversight of conveyancing portals
* HR administration and recruitment processes
* Facilities management across multiple office locations
Preferred (but not essential):
* Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
* Experience updating or maintaining website content
Essential Skills:
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in collating, interpreting and presenting data
* Proficient in Excel
* Full clean driving licence
