About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative development of our diverse gift product range — from initial concept through to market launch. This is a key role within the team, working closely with Product Managers and the Product Director to turn ideas into compelling, production-ready designs. You’ll play an important part in bridging creative thinking with manufacturing, collaborating with our product development teams in Estonia and the Far East.

* Lead with Expertise: Guide the design process from ideation through to final artwork, ensuring seamless transition to factory production.
* Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams in Estonia and the Far East, fostering a cohesive and efficient creative workflow.
* Shape Brand Experience: Craft visually stunning designs that resonate with diverse audiences around the world and enhance our brand's market presence.
What You'll Bring:
* Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Creative, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
* Mastery of Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). 3D software knowledge desired but not essential.
* Technical Acumen: Expertise in creating print-ready digital artwork.
* Understanding of Materials: Knowledge & awareness of the properties and behaviour of different materials, such as ceramics, metals, resins and polymers, to inform the design process.
* Design Leadership: Exceptional typographical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring meticulous execution in all projects.
* Collaborative Spirit: A passion for product design and a proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Adaptability: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tackling diverse projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
