Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping young people thrive? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a specialist school in Sheffield that supports children and young people with a range of complex needs.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with complex or additional needs
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualised learning
* Assist with behaviour regulation, communication strategies, and sensory needs
* Help maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing atmosphere
* Support students both in the classroom and during wider school activities
What We’re Looking For
You will need:
* Previous experience supporting children or young people with similar SEN needs (essential)
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive education
Hours & Start Date
* Full-time hours preferred, though part-time availability will be considered
* Start date: After Easter
