Bright Selection is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a passionate and dynamic team at a beautiful elderly residential care home in Reading. \n\nThis role combines direct care duties with supporting the overall management of the care home to ensure it operates to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining adequate staffing levels and overseeing staff training and development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the Home Manager in the efficient management of the home.\nSupervise staff and ensure adequate staffing levels.\nProvide direct care on a day-to-day basis.\nReport directly to the Home Manager or their designated representative.
