About the Role
You will provide a high quality, comprehensive, efficient and friendly reception service. You will also assist the Student Experience & Engagement Team in providing efficient and effective service to the College and its Customers.
Key Responsibilities
· The first point of contact for students/visitors to Fife College, ensuring that they feel welcome and offering a first class information service.
· Deal effectively with requests and answer queries.
· Have a working knowledge of college wide products, services, systems and processes in order to be able to provide high levels of customer service.
· Develop internal relationships, liaising with other members of staff where complex issues require their assistance

Qualifications and Experience
1. Essential:
2. Educated to SCQF level 7 (HNC) or equivalent in an Administrative/Customer services subject.
3. Administrative Experience.
4. Experience of data entry.
5. Planning, prioritising and organising your own work and proactively working with others to achieve team objectives
Skills and Attributes
6. Essential:
7. Effective Communication skills.
8. Ability to react and be flexible to changing priorities.
9. Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met.
