Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation's operational management across departments and sites. Coordinate staffing, resources, and logistics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Support the Senior Management Team in the smooth daily running of the organisation. Manage cross-team collaboration and problem-solving. Identify and lead on tender submissions, funding applications, and partnership opportunities. Organise the company's presence at industry events, including planning and logistics. Contribute to financial planning and performance monitoring. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including schools, employers, and funders. Essential Criteria Proven experience in operational leadership and resource planning. Strong people management and cross-functional coordination skills. Demonstrable experience in business development or tender writing. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in education or training is desirable but not essential.
