Hospitality Supervisor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:00
Salary: £13.50 per hour / £26,415.12 per annum
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering outstanding hospitality services? We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a large, modern site in Bolton, featuring multiple hospitality suites and function rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of exceptional hospitality services across the site
* Support the catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
* Act as a key contact for clients and guests during events
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in hospitality and events
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Confident IT skills and ability to use relevant systems
* A proactive and professional approach to service delivery
