The Role:
* Deliver highquality engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning
* Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners in your class
* Monitor and evaluate pupil progress providing tailored support and interventions as necessary to ensure every student thrives
* Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment where values such as responsibility resilience and empathy are actively encouraged
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices contribute to schoolwide initiatives and participate in professional development
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support the academic and personal development of your pupils
What Were Looking For:
* A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2 particularly Year 4
* A strong passion for teaching with the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports the wellbeing and development of every student
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively
* A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the school community
* Experience working in diverse inclusive environments is highly valued
