IT Support Analyst - £200 per day outside IR35 - London (4 days per week in the office)

La fosse have partnered with an established business seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a growing technology team and provide high‑quality support across the Microsoft 365 environment. This role suits someone confident troubleshooting user issues, managing Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Autopilot
* Administer Office 365 mailboxes (user, shared, and resource mailboxes)
* Manage Office 365 Groups, Security Groups, and Distribution Lists
* Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues for end users
* Investigate and resolve email delivery issues, including message trace, rules, and spam
* Support users with login problems, including MFA and access‑related issues
* Provide Outlook support – profile resets, sync problems, client configuration
* Support Microsoft Teams issues (meetings, calls, permissions, access)
* Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive access and permissions
* Use and navigate Microsoft 365 admin portals including Admin Center, Exchange, and Entra ID
Required experience:
* Strong experience in Microsoft 365 support
* Confident troubleshooting a wide range of user issues
* Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
