Based at Teignmouth Hospital in the Coastal community nursing team, we provide care to patients and support families in our community. Using your nursing skills you can make a difference, with a range of care from complex wound management, catheter care, palliative care and drain management as well as other clinical skills.

We work closely with other departments to provide coordinated care, with our volunteer teams playing a big role in delivering holistic care.

Responsibilities
* Deliver holistic nursing care in the community, including complex wound management, catheter care, palliative care and drain management, among other clinical skills.
* Work independently as needed and participate in team discussions to understand concerns and provide support.
* Collaborate with other departments and MDT members to ensure coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.
* Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct and act as a representative of the team and the NHS.
* Complete nursing duties in a timely and professional manner and maintain high standards of care.
* Contribute to local events, community activities and a positive team culture.
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration is required for the position.
* Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential due to an established training and induction plan.
* Flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, across Community Nursing and Intermediate Care (nursing).
