We collaborate with stakeholders across business, engineering, and operations to define the product vision and roadmap. We translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. We drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. We work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features. We ensure solutions align with power system workflows, including generation, transmission, and distribution. We analyze energy management systems to enhance product capabilities. We validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and business expectations. We monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. We manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams.
