Overview
Are you looking for a new, exciting role in finance? Do you have a minimum of 12 months of experience in an all round finance role, working in a small team? I am working exclusively with a client operating in the facilities management sector, and they are now looking to expand the team and bring on board some additional help for the very talented finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Taking full control of the sales ledger, to ensure the invoices are sent out on time and resolve any queries
* Liaise with the Head of Finance over bad debt and discuss payment plans, keeping on top of the credit control
* Assist with budgets, monthly management accounts, and cashflow projections
Qualifications
* Ideally working towards the AAT qualification or an early level ACCA or CIMA student
* Minimum of 12 months of accounts experience
* Strong Excel skills and systems skills
* First rate communication skills
* Happy to work in a small, dedicated finance team
