PK Education are recruiting SEMH Behaviour Mentors to support students requiring additional emotional and behavioural support within SEND and alternative provisions.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in helping pupils access education positively through trust, structure and emotional support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong relationship building, calm, resilient and consistent supporting young people with
* SEMH
* Trauma backgrounds
* Challenging behaviour
* Anxiety
* Emotional dysregulation
* School avoidance
* Experience within PRUs, alternative provisions, youth work, sports coaching, residential care, school behaviour units (highly desirable)
Experience
