MOT Technician required for a Fast Fit Centre in Billingham
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable MOT Technician to join our client’s well-established garage in Billingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Technician to join a reputable business with multiple locations nationwide. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated and professional team with the full support of a stable and customer-focused employer.
Salary & Benefits of an MOT Technician:
1. Basic salary up to £33,000
2. 45 hour week across Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
3. Saturdays on a rota, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities of an MOT Technician:
9. Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
10. Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
11. Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and test documentation
12. Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
13. NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
14. Valid MOT Testing Licence
15. Full UK Driving Licence
16. Previous experience in a similar role preferred
17. High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
18. Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
