Phenom 300 type rating (EMB 505) Mandatory Requirement
Purpose of Position
Lead the flight operations of the assigned aircraft to ensure safety, security, comfort and exemplary service to passengers. Collaborates with EJME management on issues, service needs, and strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Manage flight operations to ensure safety and quality standards.
* Improve operational processes and procedures for excellence.
* Update fleet manuals to meet standards and enhance safety and quality.
* Prepare crew rosters and ensure timely submission.
* Conduct inspections and develop improvements for flight crew standards.
* Review and stay current on aircraft equipment and operational requirements.
* Publish directives and procedures for crew members.
* Ensure availability of manuals and operational documents.
* Support training and safety departments with fleet-specific training and investigations.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
* Minimum 3,000 flight hours.
* Experience as Pilot in Command.
* Airline Transport Pilot Licence with type ratings.
* European Union class 1 medical.
* Multi-crew experience (500 hours).
* Complete line training and checks.
* Strong performance and leadership skills.
* Experience in commercial aviation preferred.
* Military or airline training advantageous.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages beneficial.
